Spijkerkwartier, which used to be the red light district of Arnhem is the hometown of Tonnie van den Herik (59). She used to be a hard drug-addict and prostitute. Nowadays she is clean is devoted to helping the homeless and drug addicts. Tonnie had a hard childhood, grew up in orphanages, used to be the victim of structural sexual abuse and ended on the streets for several years.
