Slaughter-house The Netherlands - 2009 In a Dutch slaughter-house pigs and cows are brought in for consumption. Before the throats are cut open the cows get an anesthetic shot through the head and the pigs pooreceive an electric shock. After the throats are cut open for releasing the blood the skin of the cows is cut off and its bowels are removed. The pigs are put in boiling water and scorched. The remaining flesh is kept in a cold-storage container. |
